Psychotherapy for Women, Couples and Seniors

for Women

What is important to you? What are you missing? What do you want? Is there something that keeps you from feeling that you can explore these questions? Do you feel valued in your life? What gets in the way of taking your own worth seriously?

for Couples

Sometimes relationship partners can feel deadlocked, as if you’re so different from each other that you can’t remember what brought you together in the first place, and thinking and talking about what you want as a couple can become hard to do.

For Seniors

It’s difficult to think about aging and death in our society, and there are many transitions that impact seniors, their partners, and their families, including retirement, loss of a spouse, moving into assisted living, a health crisis, a new clinical diagnosis, or uncertainty over how to understand and approach any of these changes.

for Parents

Parenting can bring up lots of mixed feelings.

The arrival of a new baby can feel like the detonation of a bomb, and often our own parents haven’t prepared us for that new reality.
